Cannot connect to server when trying to update

[AC Question]

I own a ZTE, Z963VL phone that resets randomly, almost at the same time every morning.

It's infuriating because I'll be in the middle of doing something.

I tried deleting apps I don't use, and when I went to update my phone, thinking maybe it needed updated, I got a message saying it can't connect to the server.

Any ideas on what I should do?
