what will happend if i take the battery out my samsung galaxy note 2 while it restart

I was trying to show a video to my friend and start lagging so i restart my phone.I waited 5 minute while it restart i thought it not working so i take the battery out and insert battery in.Then my samsung galaxy note 2 will not turn on.Please help me... Sorry for my bad english

So far as I know, removing the battery during the booting process (starting) will not harm the phone. It sounds like it was already in trouble when trying to start.

Does it respond at all with the battery in? If not, it may simply need a new battery.
