Any time I tap Camera icon in my HUAWEI Y520-U22 I get the message "can't connect to the camera".

I have been using HUAWEI ASCEND Y520-U22 for about a year now without any problems. About 3 weeks ago my camera broke down. Anytime I tap the icon I get the message "can't connect to the camera". how do I resolve this problem?
