When updating apps android moves them to internal storage: any fix available?

This is so annoying. I basically makes my repeat the same boring work over and over. I will need to root it, only for that reason... .

Apps should be in internal storage. When to "move" apps to SD card, only a small part of the app actually gets moved, the guts stays on the device storage. So now you have the app in two places, trying to function.. If your SD card crashes, the apps become unusable. So you save minimal memory and get an unstable app...
Better to move media to the card and leave the apps alone.
