why won't my contacts' names come up on the phone

[AC Question]

about 2 weeks ago my contacts' names all went away. Now only see the phone numbers, even if I re-enter the names. Goes right back to the phone #. AT&T says it is not them, my Outlook person at work says it is not them, only other "person" they can suggest to check with is Samsung.
