Ways of charging .y galaxy tab A 10.q

Is there any other way of charging a galaxy tab A 10.1 without a wire a plug, Only when I plug in my charger and jiggle it around a bit. in the battery bar I have a cross over it. I have read up as to why this is but I am hoping there is a solution to this and you can maybe charge it a different way?
