Can't Install APK/No Screen Filter installed

[AC Question]

I just purchased a Samsung S8+, and i'm trying to install the DQA fix apk because I haven't gotten the companies update. Won't let me click install, unknown sources enabled. I don't even know what a screen filter is, and I don't have one installed. How else can I fix this "can't click" error?
