If we charge our samsung galaxy s8 using wireless charger, how long time needed

How long is a piece of string?
It depends on how flat it was to start with, the condition of the battery, the power supply (mains voltage can vary according to load), the accuracy of placement on the mat and many more things.
I'd be disappointed if it took more than half an hour to top up from 50%...

Regular wireless charging takes around 2 1/2 hours to fully charge the phone, it's much slower than wired charging.

Rapid wireless charging is faster, but still won't match the adaptive fast charge from the cable that comes with the phone.

OK, I stand corrected, it took just under an hour to get 50-100%!
