In-app Purchase Keeps Getting Cancelled (for no reason)?

I've been trying to purchase the 'pro-features' of the Autodesk Sketchbook app, which are purchased in-app through Google Play. I've done this more than fifteen times, and each time I get the notification that the payment wasn't accepted; when I look at my order history on Google Play, all of the attempts I made at the purchase show up as canceled. My payment info is accurate and up-to-date (and includes my credit card and PayPal, both of which end up with the same results), I've tried removing and re-entering it, and I've tried force-stopping and clearing the cache etc. of the Play app, but nothing's working. Any other ways to possibly fix the problem would be great!
