How do i get past the Samsung account lock?

It was previously owned and i dont know the info of previous owners samsung account and cant get it

Then, as far as we are legally able to assist, you are out of luck. The only legal way to get past any kind of factory reset protection (which this is) is to enter the requested account info and then re-do the reset properly so the account lock is not in place. We won't discuss IF there is another option (I honestly don't know), and if there is what it is.
