Sending Videos to an iPhone

[AC Question]

I'm thinking about buying a Galaxy S8. But, I need to know if videos that I make with the S8 can be sent from the S8 to an iPhone? Does anyone know the answer to this?

Welcome to Android Central! The best way to send videos from Android devices is to upload them to your Google Photos (or YouTube) and share the link privately to the recipient. Android doesn't use iMessage (which is how iPhones can "text" videos to each other), and sending videos via MMS (the standard picture messaging service) requires the video to be downsized severely, making it very low-res.
