I have a problem with the gapless feature of my smartphone (the feature that switches instantly between two audio files in order to make the transition sound "seamless"). It worked perfectly on my S4 Mini, but I can't make it work on my Galaxy S7. I tried multiple players, such as Shuttle, Samsung Music Player, Google Music, Blackplayer, etc., tried updating the android version (Nougat), tried messing around with all kind of sound settings (equalizer, surround, UHQ): all of this to no avail.
The only thing that solved this was using Poweramp app, but I find it frustrating that my S7 can't do what every player were able to do on my old S4 Mini. Googling around, I found out that most people are not even having this problem anymore, since Nougat supposedly fixed it.
If someone can please give me some advice on the subject, I'll appreciate it.
