Hmmm. Not sure what you want to achieve here. If you don't have details of accounts associated with the device, you will run into problems and factory reset won't bypass any security set ups.. Most accounts give you plenty of options to recover lost passwords etc if you have the credentials to prove that it was your account in the first place.
This is a trap you can fall into if you buy /steal a phone and the previous owner hadn't signed out of any accounts.
