Has LG Removed the Ability to Silence Emergency Alerts on the G6?

Hello, all!

I just recently upgraded to the G6 from a G5, and the dreaded emergency alerts are back. I attempted to turn them off the same way I did on the G5, under the Networks tab in Settings, but the option isn't there. I've searched the rest of the settings thoroughly but to no avail.

Google hasn't been too helpful, as each page I find tells me a different way to find the option in the G6's settings specifically. One page mentioned a stock Emergency Alerts app that should have come with the phone, but it isn't there.

Has anyone else been able to solve this issue?
