Can I use my android to pair with my samsung led50 tv for imo and pictures?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Android phone? "Pairing" is for Bluetooth, and you can't use Bluetooth for that. What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to make a video call, and see the person's face on the TV and hear their voice through the TV speakers?
