🙋If it's a widget, long-press and slide to Remove. Long-press a blank area of Home screen to access your widget locker, where there may be other clock widgets.
I don't know about the roaming clock.

You need to locate the settings for the lock screen, and yeah, I'd bet it is a widget. The lock screen probably has its own options and settings as my S8+ does. Once you find those you can change to something else.

Dual clock can be removed from weather settings. Remove hometown and you will have a single clock

Go to Settings, Display, Always on settings, select a screen with 1 clock instead of 2.

As you can see from the responses, you could have enabled this dual clock through different apps or os settings. You'll need to check them until you find the right one.

If these don't work, go to settings, lock screen and security, info and app shortcuts, then turn off duel clock

I had the same problem until I read this thread and gave me an idea.
Go to your date and time settings and turn off "auto" for date and time.

Select the time zone where you are right now. It should do the trick. The widget automatically reverts back to only just 1 clock.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!

For others looking for the same problem, I found the setting by searching "roaming clock" in settings.
