How to retrieve local data from stolen phone?

My phone was stolen and I have locked it with ADM and also with service provider. I want to know if there is any solution to retrieve data stored locally in the phone using IMEI number. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone.

If the service provider has blocked the device from accessing the network then it won't be connected in order to be able to access it, will it?

Unless you have the phone physically, you can't 'retrieve data' from it - which is why you'll keep everything backed up to your PC from now on, isn't it?
