Sony Experia XA on prepay with three. I hardly ever use data, except for very rare occasions, as I nearly always have wifi. When I need data I just turn it ON and that costs me €2 for that day. I then turn Mobile Data OFF again straight away. However since the last Android update it is SOMEHOW using data, albeit only a few Kilobytes, even though I have data set to OFF. Every time these Kilobytes are used it costs me €2 per day. How can I remove what the last update did so that when I TURN OFF Mobile data it actually turns OFF ALL Mobile DATA???

Have you spoken to 3 about it? Those little bits of data being used are normal enough even with Mobile Data switched off, so far as I know, but, unless stated otherwise in your prepay terms and conditions, ought not to incur charges.
