My phone gets switch off

I have htc desire 626..battery is non removable
My phone gets on while charging...when charger is removed screen starts blinking and it gets switch off...also when again i insert charger it shows error and after many attempts it accept the charger..and then it gets on and on screen 'android is starting' comes...optimising apps 1 out of 62 and after optimising all apps phones gets started...i have original charger also...
Also sometimes it works very good for weeks and no such problem occurs and after sometime it again starts
Please suggest me some way

Welcome to the forum. The message about optimizing apps indicates an OS upgrade has been installed. The phone dying when you unplug it from the charger would indicate a dead or very low charged battery. I would suggest, if you can get it charged up, to do a factory reset and see if that helps.
