Unable to sign in to account @me.com

two weeks ago I lost access to my @me.com and @icloud.com server accounts. message says "server password has changed. Enter the new password.

I may have accidentally turned on apple double layer password, but thought I cancelled.

Problem is only on samsung 6, my mac is ok.

how can I fix those?
