How to recover deleted messages in Facebook messenger

I would like to know if deleted messages between me and another person in the Messengers conected to facebook, somehow can be recovered from the phone from where they have been deleted??

Do I need speciale apps/ software for that, and if yes , where to be found.

Welcome to the forum. You would have to root the phone, you need superuser permission, and install something like Titanium Backup. Why not check with Facebook, I think they keep copies of everything you do with them.
