    when I turn my LG G3 on it gives me the error message : Unfortunately Google Play Store has stopped working. It is not letting me start my phone. It pops up in a continual message. keeps looping over and over. I cant power off unless I take out the battery. how do I get rid of this error message

    The error message is still popping up not allowing me to get into my setting even in safe mode. How do I get rid of this error message. Please help

    If it's happening in Safe Mode, then it's likely a problem with the firmware or hardware. Try a hardware button factory reset: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30136
