Recover operation system for Samsung Galaxy S2 Tab 9.7

I purchased a used Samsung Galaxy S2 Tablet that was completely reset-no nothing. When I booted it up, the Google Setup Wizard found my modem and allowed me to sign in. But then it just keeps cycling through the setup in a loop. I don't think there is really anything on this, but need some help if someone can to allow me to actually use this thing!

Im having the same issue. I can sign into my wifi but it will not take my google account ifo. keeps circling me back to the same google account question.

Sounds like it's a used device, and someone registered it to his account - but forgot to delete it from the tab before selling it. You need the original Google account login and password, if that's the case, so you'd have to contact the seller.

(If it's "new", someone may have returned it after putting in his google account information, so the store should replace it.)
