Why does my phone say that I am in another state. I've tried to correct my GPS location

Welcome to Android Central. What do you mean, all your apps? I could see Maps, weather and time, but all? Have you tried resetting your time zone and rebooting the phone? Clearing the system cache may also help.

Install GPS Status & Toolbox so you can see what's happening with your GPS receiver. (If you're near the state line, and picking up a tower on the other side, that's probably being used to determine your location.)
