Can't connect to pc or fast charge

HI God bless
I have 2 note 4 sm-n910t / 6.0.1 that won't fast charge, connect to a pc, won't read pen drive, if I transfer files from pc or phone memory to SD card won't show up, I have tried *#0808# and changed to mtp + adb, tried diferent cables, diferent USB ports, diferent pc, hard reset, change charging port, diferent SD cards, uninstal and re install smart switch, download drivers from Samsung and nothing work
I need help

Are you using the original fast charger from Samsung?
