startup wizard problem on my nextbook tablet

I have to reprogram my tablet everytime I power up. It wont stop. I lost all my music videos including my dad's funeral. Restore data setting doesn't work. I'm computer stupid and disabled. It hard to sit in front of my tablet. I'm ready to quit. Please help. thank u for your time

Welcome to Android Central! Which Nextbook is it? Chances are that either the firmware is corrupt, or there's a hardware problem that causes it to do a complete factory reset each time you power off. Is the tablet still under warranty?

I have a nextbook 8" tablet model NX008HD8G ver.1.0 Every time I pwr off then turn it on again the start up wizard mode erase my settings. NEED H E L P
