AC Question

It's in her pixel phone an there's things deleted that I can't pull up

Welcome to Android Central! It's a system app -- don't mess with it. What deleted things are you referring to?

Don't mess with any com.android.<anything> files. If it's not a system file, it's part of an installed app, and you'd "delete" it by uninstalling the app. (Delete the file and the app stops working - and may not even uninstall.) Deleting a system app, of course, can cause the phone to stop working.

But, to answer the original question, it is one of the system libraries used by the phone to communicate with your network carrier.

I read the question and the answers but incallu i see always and telecom only once in awhile. Are you saying they go hand in hand with each other or is one when a call is recieved from a number not i your contacts or made from the dialer not useing contacts or vise versa? Because I noticed when i make a call useing contacts in my activity it shows i used contacts then used incallu.
