My General Mobile 4G (1st generation Android One) phone support software was over, so I decided to take the root to install the ROM. I tried to install TWRP while looking at how the root was being taken. TWRP failed at first, but then I ran fastboot oem unlock-go and then fastboot flash recovery twrp.img. The phone came out with a screen with a colored round that typed Erasing multiple times. I was too scared to get your cell phone out. Then I plugged it back in and it came back on the same screen. When I pulled it back in again, the opening screen with "General Mobile" appeared and did not go back. The phone is not turned off by the shutdown button and recovery mode is not turned on. The PC connection is not working either.
