Android device showing up as accessing girlfriends Facebook profile

My girlfriend used my phone to log onto her Facebook profile one time. I logged her account out and switched back to mine. When she looks in the privacy and security settings it shows several log-ins from my phone since then (about a month ago). Obviously she has asked if I have been on her Facebook page as the evidence is clearly there. I don't think she is too bothered that I might have done this, but the fact is I haven't. She is now saying I am lying to her because I'm saying i haven't when the evidence says otherwise. Can phantom logins from my phone be generated or am I going completely mad? Please help, as I fear for our relationship because of this stupid issue. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
