Samsung keyboar has stopped

[Android Central Question]

Hello
I was working on my galaxy s6 and then got this error"Samsung keyboard has stopped"
and i couldn't use the keyboard
so I restarted it but i got the same error again
and a new problem now
i need to enter password to unlock the phone but keyboard is not working
please help

Welcome to the forums. You can load a different keyboard through your PC on Google Play. You can sign in to Google play on your desktop, with the same Gmail account. You can choose a free keyboard, and install it. Once installed, that might give you a keyboard to input your password.
