How do I exit full screen in optimized apps.

I got the new note 8 this weekend, and noticed he full screen display. Heres my saga : So, I log onto one of my games (clash Royale), and realized that the display was very zoomed in. I looked this up and found out that it was full screen. In settings, it says that the app is optimized. I was wondering how to turn off full screen in an optimized app.
