Clear credentials not disabled and iam not able to enable the SWIPE and NONE in Lock

[Android Central Question]

I am using XOLO era 2x mobile with marshmallow android version.
I am not able to enable the swipe and none options in lock options
and to fix this i read some stuff in web
i follow that stuff but i didn't acheive .the problem wasn't solved
