Galaxy Tab S2 background bar and text

Hi guys,

I got a used Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 from Craigslist, and it's always showing some sorting of setting menu in the background. No matter I switching the different apps, turns off the tablet or factory resets it, they are always there. There are texts showing like "menu", "available driving", "off duty", "on duty".

Does anyone knows how to get rid of them?
