Now, I have been using a Samsung Galaxy Mega to transfer some files but for some reason, apk/Google Play apps cannot download or install in my phone.
Every other file can do this, but not apps. I have been guessing that the culprit of this has been Samsung KNOX.
For some reason an error pops up notifying me that something has breached and I need to update my policy, and when I did so the next time an app from Google Play would be stuck at 99% and wont show up at the drop-down, similarly, when I install an third-party app, it would finish after 18-24 hrs.
And after hard resetting, Google Play Store can only download 5 apps.
I have been hard resetting again and again, clearing memory and cache and much more! But I couldn't solve my problem and its bugging me. Is there anyway to stop this?
