Some Notifications not working

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, however, some of my notifications(mainly from Snapchat) are not appearing. I've set up the notification settings up correctly in the app and notifications are not disabled for any apps. The screen still turns on for the notifications(as set in Snapchat settings) but there is no notification in the notifications area.

Any ideas?

If you have not already done this, uninstall app, reboot phone and reinstall app.

I have completely reset my phone still no change. Reinstalled the apps. Same thing
