Galaxy S8+ Google Assistant issues

Trusted Voice not an option on my Galaxy S8+. Google Assistant is not interactve. Many options not available or work sporadically. Have to restart phone often to make GA work but not always resolve. OK GOOGLE stops working. Cannot set to wake up phone. Brother has same phone but he does not have these issues. His phone has all Google options available...works great. Anything I can check to attempt to find the differences....make GA and Google work the way they should?

I have the regular S8. Google's been having some issues for me lately I'm pretty sure it's on their end. The history Tab doesn't work and crashes Google.

Do you not have the option to set trusted voice in the galaxy settings lock screen?
