Why can't I sign in to Wfi netwwork with my samsung phone?

It connects but I can"t sign in. It says my password is incorrect.

Probably because your password is incorrect. Use something that's connected to it to look in the wireless section to see what the password is. (In the future, use a password program that can be accessed from the phone, PCs, etc., so you can just look in that program to see the password. KeePass works well if you keep the password file on Google Drive. (Don't worry, it's encrypted twice, so it's safe.)
