The map not show to me on the android apps

Hello , I'm using food delivery courier app caviar courier and relay , i have issue on these apps , when i receive trip orders , the destination map doesn't appear to me on the app, how can fix this issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the Courier Prime app? Did you grant permission for the app to use your location? Have you asked the app developer yet? caviar-courier@squareup.com

Yes , i did all what's you said,every thing on the app setting is fine , the issue on the phone not on the app

Did you install the app from the Play Store, or did you sideload it? If you didn't install it from the Play Store, it's possible that the app isn't technically compatible with your phone. I still think your best bet is to get in touch with the app developer.

Yes , sir , i installed the app from Google play store , and i got in touch with app developer , he said everything in the app setting is fine, the problem in the phone system, and this issue happen in both caviar courier and relayrider apps .

I see. So is it only certain phones where the problem occurs? If it works fine on other phones, then it should be up to them to determine which phones are incompatible, and not let the Play Store install it on those phones.
