In my 4G Sumsung A7, 4G data is not working. Please help to solve this issue.

Previously, I used a 3G vodafone sim. Later, I changed the same number to 4G. Only 2G is working. 4G is not working. Please help to solve this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone, and which country are you in? The first thing to do is to make sure the phone supports the carrier's 4G bands. If it does, then next thing is to make sure the APN settings are correct.
