How do I transfer photos and contacts from a samsung phone to a LG phone

I changed phones recently and I have been locked out of my goggle account and am trying to recover photos and contacts from samsung phone. Goggle has not been any help in recovering my account. Please help me.

Are you also locked out of the Samsung phone?

If you can still get into the Samsung phone, LG has an equivalent of SBeam (I think it's the LG Mobile Switch app), so you can send everything that way. Or you could just copy everything to an SD card in the Samsung, turn it off, pull the SD card, put it into the LG phone and turn that one on.
