Sd card isnt working

Was transering pictures/videos from a SanDisk 2gb micro sd card to an LG G Vista phone - Then transferring the pictures/videos from the phone onto a samsung 16gb sd card. After the 3rd transfer the phone stopped reading the 16gb sd card but still reads the 2gb sd card. Also inserted the 16gb card into my computer and it says it's not responding. Inserted it into a galaxy s8 and it says it's unreadable and asks to format the sd card. But if I do that I'll lose all the pictures and videos. Is there anyway to get those pics/vids off that 16 gb card???

Not if it can't be read. Maybe not even if you format it. Stick with SanDisk cards in the future. At least it's easy to get the card replaced if it goes bad (although in all the years I've been using their cards, I've never had one go bad, except by physical damage).
