Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Skips, Plays Songs and Complete Action Using

I downloaded the latest software of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 last Jan 10, 2018. I noticed that after the download, when I play music it pauses, plays, skips and volume changes automatically. Another issue is that when I text the 'complete action using' keeps on popping. What do I do?
