MS Outlook won't receive emails from my android when i am using wifi

[Android Central Question]

I need help please, my s8+ won't receive or sending any emails through my wifi, but ii am able to send or receive emails with the mobile data. At first I thought is the wifi problems, but i don't get any problem sending emails using my gmail through wifi. i tried to remove and add the outlook still not working. I turn off and turn on the phone still not working too. Please if anyone can help me with this issue. Thank you
Note: it worked well few days ago, i have this problems since 2 days ago.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it work on other wi-fi networks? If it's only on your home network, then we can probably narrow things down to your home router.

And are you using Outlook for an email account that's not an Exchange Server account? (It's possible to set Exchange Server up to do almost anything, so your company may have set it to only accept emails from your carrier [which would be mobile data] if it's a corporate email account.)
