[Android Central Question]

Wifi signal frequently lost. While on line, goes well for a couple of minutes the pop up says i'm not connected. Have tried reboit, turning wifi off and back on, moving closer to router. Use tab at home and within 20ft from router most of time. Is it device problem or should i contact comcast(provider)?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only your home network?

First, try rebooting the router by unplugging its power for about 10 seconds. (Do you have your own router, or do you use a combination modem/router provided by Comcast?)
