Ringtone set against a specific Contact on Samsung A5 2017 does not work

The Ringtone that is set against this specific Contact will not play when that person rings me, the Default Ringtone does......... When I change it to a different Ringtone, again the Default Ringtone sounds.
My A5 2017 will not let me set different Ringtones against different Contacts, it only allows the Default Ringtone to work........Very frustrating, hope you can solve this issue.
