Galaxy S4 won't turn on

Battery is good; exchanged from another phone, so I know it is good, however it won't turn on

Had the phone been sitting for a while? Anything else happen prior to the battery change? Any error messages, or any issues, such as moisture exposure or a drop?

Welcome to Android Central! Does anything happen if you press and hold Power for about 20 seconds?
