OneNote is not working on my Galaxy s5, does anyone know why?

It seems to install correctly, when I open the app it shows the "getting things organized" but then pops up with "Something went wrong and we can't do what you asked. We're sorry. Error 0xE0000648"

Same here. One note hasn't opened in about two weeks. Have uninstalled, but no luck.

OneNote working for me, S7 Edge on Nougat and Jan patch. So it's probably not a OneNote server problem.

Any updates on this? I have uninstalled all office products, removed office accounts, re-installed only OneNote, everything i can think of. Onenote will not work.
