Why am I only getting h when it should be 4g?

My Samsung galaxy s7 edge seems to be running on the symbol h instead of 4g

I got my phone from the 3 store here on the UK. Which is also my service provider.

1. Make sure there is 4G coverage in your area. If there is none, or you are on the fringes, the phone may be defaulting to the stronger signal.

2. Check the settings. Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks>set it to LTE/3G/2G
