Can I safely delete the Facebook file in my miscellaneous data files

It is taking up almost 4g of memory and I would like to delay as long as it does not harm the app or any of my data within the app

That will delete all your Facebook data - what you've looked at in the past, as well as your account information. So you can delete it - if you don't mind going through setting up the phone for Facebook again. (Miscellaneous is all your data in and for the app.)
