Are the security certificates important? What happens if i turn them all off?

I want to be able to use a swipe pass code for my phone or not have a password at all but my phone says that they were turned off by either the administrators, encryption policy or credential storage. I don't know what to do about it without losing any data or anything of that sort.

The security certs are very important. They are not related to any lock screen setup you have.
